I wasn’t asked to leave this review. But it feels wrong not to. John from the Bergen team is the kindest, and most accommodating leasing agent we have ever met. His class and hospitality is a great example of what The Bergen Residence is all about. There was no pressure to move forward or “we need you to sign this right now” act. Which is something we really appreciated. He also went above and beyond to make sure we left with everything we needed & took the time to even guide us through a Virtual tour of a unit we couldn’t see at that moment. As for the building and the apartments, they are absolutely stunning. If you’re looking for a luxury living experience, you don’t need to look anywhere else. Thank you again John!

Every detail of the facility reflects quality and care, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. What made the experience truly exceptional, however, was the service. From our first interaction to move-in day, both John and Melanie went above and beyond. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and seamless. They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly.
